Pots in Words
This is an instagram account I set up with just text descriptions of great pots. I use these descriptions often as a way to generate new ideas from existing works - the words start to build the pot in my mind, but often it will bare little resemblance to the original being described. All text is taken from books or museum collections and written by curators, authors or historians.
